Upon arriving, I was given the option to dine indoors or outdoors, with an outdoor seating area that offers a riverfront view while remaining fully covered. The interior was adorned with vibrant colors and offered ample space for comfortable dining. The menu can be accessed via a QR code, and the staff are readily available to assist with orders, providing clear explanations.
The beer selection, though not extensive, includes the reliable Lech lager. The 500ml pour was well-executed.
The spicy BBQ burger, although partially concealed by salad garnishes in the provided photo, was a substantial and flavorful offering. The burger had a satisfying meaty taste and featured pickles and onions for added texture. While it may have been slightly more cooked than the medium requested, it was still enjoyable. Whiskey in the Jar specializes in steaks, and their steaks are highly regarded, based on online reviews.
The overall dining experience is trendy, clean, and laid-back, with proactive and friendly staff. Despite a busy Saturday afternoon, there was no rush to turn tables, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The music, although not too loud during my visit, is livelier during the evening when they host live performances.
Service was prompt, with food arriving in approximately eight minutes, catering to hungry diners.
